1. Who you are agreeing with
Crivid IPTV Player (the app) is published by Crivid AS, a Norwegian limited company.

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app is — and what it is not
The app is a media player. It contains no television channels, films, series, streams or other media of any kind. Crivid AS does not host, provide, resell, index, recommend or endorse any content, and is not affiliated with any content provider or streaming service.
To play anything, you supply your own source: an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes or Stalker login, a network tuner, a media server you operate, or video files on your own device. The app connects only to the servers you enter.
3. Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent out or redistribute the app, and you may not reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the sources you add to the app.
- You must hold the necessary rights, licences or subscriptions to access whatever you play.
- You must use the app in accordance with the laws that apply to you, and with the terms of any service you connect it to.
We do not monitor, verify or have any knowledge of the sources you configure. If you use the app to access content you have no right to access, that is your responsibility, not ours.
5. Free tier, trial and Pro
The app is free to install and includes a free tier. A seven-day trial of all Pro features begins the first time you open the app; it requires no payment details and ends by itself, after which the app returns to the free tier.
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks features in the software. It does not include, provide or grant access to any content. Pro applies to the platform you purchased it on. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
Where you buy Pro through a platform store (for example Google Play), that store processes the payment, issues the receipt, and its own terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
6. Third-party software and services
The app can connect to third-party software and hardware such as Jellyfin, Emby, Plex and HDHomeRun. Those names belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any of them, and we cannot guarantee that any third party will remain compatible.
7. Availability and changes
We develop the app continuously. Features may be added, changed or removed, and we may end support for a platform or a device generation. We will not remove a paid Pro feature and then charge again for the same thing.
The app depends on services we do not control — your source, your network, your device's operating system. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free playback.
8. No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will meet your requirements, work with any particular source or provider, or be free from faults.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crivid AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If any part of these terms conflicts with a right you have under mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.
10. Privacy
Your playlists, logins and server details are stored on your device, not on our servers. What we do collect is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes or the law requires. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong before the Norwegian courts, with Trøndelag District Court as the agreed venue — except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, which it may.
