Windows 10 and 11Fire TV Stick: buy Pro on your phone and unlock up to three sticks. How it works
Windows: Pro on your phone, tablet or Mac unlocks up to two PCs. How it works
Seven days of full Pro are included free. The trial starts the first time you open the app. No card details, nothing to cancel. When it ends, the app simply returns to the free tier and your settings stay where they are.
What the price is, exactly
$17.99 is the United States price. Other countries are priced for their own region and shown in your local currency. In Norway, for example, it is kr 219 including VAT. Where local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout, you will see it before you confirm, and the amount shown there is always the amount you pay.
Pro is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the app on the platform you bought it on. There is no recurring charge and no advertising.
Where you can buy it
Pro is sold through Google Play and the App Store. Whichever you buy through handles the payment and issues the receipt. On Windows, Pro is an add-on in the Microsoft Store app, with 7 days to try it first. Fire TV Stick has its own route, see below.
Pro is tied to the store you bought it from. Buying on Android does not unlock Pro on an iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, or the other way round. The stores cannot see each other's purchases. Fire TV Sticks and Windows PCs are the exception: you unlock them with the Pro you already have, see below.
Fire TV Stick
Crivid for Fire TV is installed from this website, and the seven-day trial works there too. Fire TV has no store Crivid can sell through, so Pro for a Fire TV Stick is bought in Crivid on your Android phone or iPhone, at the same price, and unlocked on the stick with a code.
One purchase unlocks up to three Fire TV Sticks as well as the phone you bought it on. You do not pay again. See Pro on your Fire TV Stick for the steps.
Windows PC
Already have Pro on your phone, tablet or Mac? Then you do not need to buy it again on Windows. On the PC, open Settings, Account & Pro, and choose Unlock Pro with your phone. Then on your phone, tablet or Mac, open Account & Pro, Devices, and type in the code the PC shows.
One purchase unlocks up to two PCs, on top of your three Fire TV Sticks. Make sure Crivid is up to date on the device you bought Pro on. You can also buy Pro on the PC itself in the Microsoft Store.
What you are paying for, and what you are not
Crivid IPTV Player is a media player. It includes no channels, films or streams of any kind. Pro unlocks features in the software; it does not include, provide or grant access to any content. To watch anything you supply your own source: an M3U playlist, an Xtream login, a network tuner, or your own media server. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights or subscriptions for it.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Because the seven-day trial lets you use every Pro feature before paying, we would rather you tried it first than needed a refund at all.
